Taylor Malfitano is the Founder and Managing Principal of Broadwaters Digital, bringing extensive experience in real estate investment across diverse property types and geographies, as well as a track record of successfully leading key initiatives. Since 2011, he has been directly involved in over $3.5 billion of transactions. He began his career at Sentinel Real Estate before joining the original investment team at Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT) in 2013.

There, he led new investment across the Western and Southwestern U.S. contributing significantly to the firm’s growth until its acquisition by Blackstone in 2018. Following the acquisition, he joined the founding team of Link Logistics, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he held key roles across Investments, Leasing, and Development. He played a central role in launching the company's Customer Solutions and Build -to-Suit Development platforms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Villanova University.
